We Miss You and Will be Re-Opening ASAP!!!
First of all, from everyone here at Clean Slate to our wonderful clients, families and friends… we sincerely hope all of you are healthy and thriving through this craziness.
Re-Opening Dates & Info: Right now, we are about to start our re-opening roll-out. We are monitoring all government regulations and guidelines. Our 6 locations will each be opening on different dates based on their individual city, county and state guidelines. New Rules and Procedures
We have some new rules to help protect you (our clients), our staff and our families. These rules are mandatory for all clients and staff. Look…obviously this virus has affected all of us. These new rules will sometimes be annoying, but please don’t ignore them or complain….we’re just trying to protect YOU…as well as ourselves and our families. Hopefully this will all be behind us soon.
FREE Video Consultations: We are reducing the amount of people visiting our locations by encouraging free video consultations (Facetime/Zoom). We started doing these as a temporary fix during the lock down, but we quickly realized they’re actually a lot more efficient. We can explain the process, see your tattoos, answer questions and discuss all details remotely. You only need to visit our clinics when it’s time to get lasered.
If You’re Sick Please Stay Home: In you feel sick or show ANY symptoms of COVID (cough, fever…etc) please stay home! We will reschedule your appointment as soon as you’re healthy again. All Clean Slate employees will have their temperatures taken every morning before coming into contact with clients. If they have a fever, they will go home.
Face Masks: It is mandatory that all clients and all employees wear facemasks. I know it can be annoying, but these are the times we live in. If you forget and don’t have a facemask, please just call us from outside. We will bring one out to you.
Please Come Alone: Please come to your appointment by yourself. If you have TRUE anxiety and really feel that you need someone with you, please contact me directly and I will make special arrangements for you to bring 1 guest (Jeff Garnett 914-804-7689 email@example.com). But, if it’s not to that extreme, , please come by yourself.
Waiting Area: We are taking several steps to reduce overlapping traffic in our waiting areas:
- We’re Making Appointment Time Slots Longer: We are spacing appointments further apart and booking fewer people each day. This will reduce multiple people being in the waiting area at the same time. This also means that our calendar will also get booked out further, so please be understanding and book your appointments in advance when possible.
- Social Distancing: If anyone else is in the waiting area, please stay at least 6 feet apart
- Curbside/Car Waiting Room: If there are other people in the waiting area and you are concerned, you are welcome to wait in your car (please let us know when you arrive). We will call or text you when we’re ready for you to come in
Rubber Gloves: As always, all employees must wear new rubber gloves for each client
Sanitation: As previously, all beds, safety goggles, laser tips…etc. will be sanitized after each client.
